By focusing on creating a cohesive and ownable experience that attracts new members and keeps current members engaged, our collaboration with Strongsuit spanned both internal and external facing experiences for members and their Member Success Specialists.
Beyond project managing your home life
Unlike a virtual assistant or concierge, Strongsuit blends a proprietary system to drive AI to anticipate member needs, both big and small, and their dedicated Member Success Specialists to capture the nuances that drive a perfect-fit solution and build trust.
Although the Strongsuit platform has some overlap with features commonly found in project management software, it was absolutely vital that the experience did not feel like members were "project managing" their home lives. The experience needed to feel like more than an organized to-do list. It needed to be a platform for creating future moments of magic.
Design system definition and a bright brand refresh
Members come to Strongsuit when life is twisting and turning more than they can handle. They need support, they need peace—and perhaps most importantly—they need a partner who can help them see the light at the end of the tunnel.
Our brand refresh is rooted in creating a feeling of energetic harmony. Bright moments interjected with motivating organization and structure. This approach was brought into the product’s design system by leveraging Tailwind as a base and modifying it to feel fresh and playful.
Adapting to requirements through agile
In an effort to move in sync with Strongsuit’s engineering roadmap and build upon insights from current Members, we used an agile approach to design. By working in quick sprints and focusing on key moments outlined in our user flows, we were able to rapidly design and prototype new experiences, while delivering user-centric solutions in short development cycles.
As a result of our work together, Strongsuit:
Evolved their technology stack to better engage and meet the needs of Members by moving from a website with email-based notifications to a web app with action based push notifications for mobile.
Opened up asynchronous member enrollment for the first time since the start of the pandemic with a newly created subscription and payment experience.
Increased data collection by laying the groundwork for members to progressively complete their profiles and add new Strongsuit needs.
